Jess first got involved in church production in 2003, when she was recruited to help run PowerPoint in Parkway’s live media booth. It didn’t take long for her to find both a place to serve and someone to serve alongside—Matt, who had already been part of the Production Team for years. The two started dating that same year and continued to grow together in ministry.

After Matt returned from Full Sail University, Jess and Matt began serving together at Grace Fellowship Church, where they remained active in the media department until 2010. That year, they felt led to return to Parkway, where they rejoined the Production Team and settled back in with their church family.

Today, Jess continues to serve behind the scenes, operating ProPresenter and LightKey during services. Her attention to detail and love for ministry help ensure everything runs smoothly each week. Together with Matt, she shares a passion for using sound and media to help reach a generation with the message of Jesus. Jess is also a proud mom to two kids—Rylee (born in 2012) and Reese (born in 2018)—and loves doing life and ministry with her family by her side.
