Before We Get Started...

Here are some things you will want to know...
  • First and foremost, our worship is all about honoring God. It’s not about us—our goal isn’t to shine individually, but to serve with humility and a heart that points everything back to Him.
  • If you’re interested in joining the team, we have a 6-week audition process. During that time, you’ll get to practice alongside the Praise & Worship team, but you won’t be on the platform for any services or events just yet. It’s a chance to get comfortable and grow together.
  • If all goes well and you're invited to be part of a service (whether that's on a Sunday, Wednesday, or a special event), we ask that you come prepared—having practiced on your own—so we can give God our very best in unity and excellence.
  • Throughout the year, we also hold “bootcamps” to learn new songs as a team. These are usually in the evenings or on weekends, and they’re a fun and powerful time to connect and grow musically and spiritually.
  • On the technical side, we use a “closed monitor” system on stage, which means no floor wedges. Instead, our vocalists and musicians use in-ear monitors.
