Get to know Sandy Bronnert

I grew up surrounded by the love of the local church and gave my life to Jesus at just five years old. From the beginning, my heart was drawn to worship, prayer, and a deep connection with God — foundations that have shaped my future in ministry. As I grew, so did my calling to serve, leading me to step into leading Worship, Kid’s Ministry, and eventually, Youth Ministry.

Over the past twenty-three years, I have faithfully served under the leadership of Pastors Mark and Jennifer, growing in wisdom, leadership, and a deep love for the next generation. I have been married for thirty-three years to my amazing husband, and together we have raised three wonderful children. It was through the journey of parenting that my passion for youth ministry truly took root — seeing firsthand the need for a generation to know and experience the living God in a personal way.

I believe that now, more than ever, today’s youth need leaders who are authentic, compassionate, and anchored in truth. In July, I will complete my certification in youth ministry, an accomplishment that has further equipped me to minister to students with excellence, creativity, and a deeper understanding of their unique needs.
My vision is simple yet powerful: to be the hands and feet of Jesus to a generation that is often overlooked and searching for identity and belonging. I desire to create a safe space where students are seen, heard, and known — a place where they can encounter the love of the Father, discover their purpose, and be equipped to live boldly for Christ.

Outside of ministry, I treasure time spent with my family, encouraging those around me, and diving deep into the Word of God. My passion is to raise up a generation that doesn’t just attend church but passionately pursues God, stands firm on His Word, and carries His love into the world.

I am honored and excited to continue building a thriving youth ministry where students encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and are empowered to transform their schools, families, and communities with the hope of the Gospel.
