Hi, I'm Shannon Mills, and I’ve had the joy and privilege of being a part of the Parkway Ministries family since 2013. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew this was a place where I could grow spiritually and serve meaningfully. Parkway quickly became more than just a church to me—it became home. Over the years, I’ve witnessed the incredible ways God moves through our community, and it’s been an honor to be a part of that journey.
 
I currently serve as the Kavah Ministry Leader, a role that is deeply close to my heart. "Kavah" is a Hebrew word that means to wait on the Lord with eager expectation, and that’s exactly the spirit behind everything we do in this ministry. Through prayer, discipleship, and acts of generosity, we encourage one another to live faithfully, even in seasons of waiting. My passion is to help others see that giving—whether it’s time, love, encouragement, or resources—is a powerful way to reflect God’s heart and deepen our trust in Him.
 
My hope is that Kavah can be a place where people find encouragement, healing, and purpose. I strive to create a welcoming and nurturing environment for everyone—whether you’ve walked with Christ for decades or you’re just beginning your faith journey. At Parkway, we believe that everyone has a part to play in the Kingdom of God, and we’re excited to walk alongside you as you discover yours.
